This is not your average internship or junior role. As Founders Associate at {Tech: Europe}, you’ll work directly with the founder across everything we’re building — from high-level initiatives to gritty day-to-day execution. You'll be part operator, part entrepreneur, and part right-hand.

We’re looking for someone hungry, curious, and proactive — who’s just as comfortable coordinating logistics as they are spinning up a new idea and running with it.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Be deeply involved in the day-to-day of running and scaling {Tech: Europe}
• Assist with project management across events, partnerships, and internal ops
• Own select initiatives end-to-end — from ideation to launch (e.g. new city formats, founder content series, talent services)
• Help with communications, docs, decks, investor material, and internal tooling
• Be a “Swiss army knife” who can plug in where needed, and grow fast

🏢 Why This Role Is In-Person (Berlin)

Our strongest momentum happens IRL — at events, over whiteboards, and in quick decisions. We’re building a tight, fast-paced team in Berlin, and want someone who wants to be part of that core.
