As an Operations Lead, you’ll be handed a project — typically a {Tech: Europe} Hackathon — and own everything needed to make it come to life. You’ll receive the event scope with a date and location confirmed. From there, it’s your mission to make the experience exceptional for builders and partners alike.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with the venue and manage all on-site logistics
• Source and manage food & beverage partners (think: fuel for 100+ hackers)
• Own communication with all relevant stakeholders — from partners to participants
• Ensure everyone (attendees, hosts, mentors, judges) knows where to be and when
• Track key deadlines and work back from the event date to build a smooth timeline

• Smaller local builder meetups or content-focused gatherings
• Online sessions or partner-hosted formats
• Internal process optimization as we scale across Europe
