You’ll be the hands-on technical force behind {Tech: Europe}’s internal systems and public-facing platforms. From refining our websites to automating backend workflows, you’ll help us scale smarter — not just bigger.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Maintain and improve our websites — including techeurope.io and infraeurope.dev
• Build custom internal tools (e.g. event application dashboards, auto-review tools)
• Automate processes across operations, communications, and partnerships
• Set up lightweight systems that help us move faster (APIs, Airtable, Notion, etc.)
• Drive new tech-powered initiatives — from AI-based workflows to event stack experiments

⚙️ Example Projects

• A self-serve landing page generator for hackathons
• A dashboard for tracking team formation and participant engagement
• A webhook system that syncs event signups to internal CRM + Discord
• Revamping our visual web presence for better conversion and clarity
